We are working with a well-established education business, and they are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join the business ASAP.
This is an office-based role Monday - Friday.
This role would be ideal for an experienced recruiter, who is also looking to be involved with HR duties and work as part of the HR team. The role is focused on supporting the business with managing all aspects of recruitment, whilst also assisting with HR, Employee Relations, and full employee life cycle work.
Reporting into the HR Manager and working as part of a team of 6 people, the role will provide an internal recruitment service to attract and retain talent and lead on recruitment activities. Key duties will include;
1. Working as part of a busy HR team of 6 people reporting into the HR Manager, managing recruitment and supporting with HR
2. Leading on recruitment activities and managing the recruitment process for c25-30 roles at any one time
3. Manage and lead on recruitment (with support of a recruitment and HR administrator), including writing job adverts, supporting with JD preparation, managing the interview process and all recruitment activities through to offer.
4. Review, improve and ensure the recruitment process meets legislative compliance, safer recruitment compliance and best practice
