As our Supervisor, you’ll help the store run like clockwork by supporting other staff, ensuring familiarity with systems, and delivering training. You’ll handle orders, interact directly with customers in the contact centre clinic, demonstrate lens care, and assist the optical team. The role will be across two stores.
Responsibilities
* Support staff and ensure they are familiar with systems
* Deliver training and help the team operate efficiently
* Handle orders and interact with customers in the contact centre clinic
* Show customers how to insert, remove and care for their lenses
* Assist the optical team
* Cover two stores as required
