The role is based in Nottingham and surrounding areas, focusing on delivering engineering solutions in a permanent capacity. Description Install, commission, set up and test water filtration and wastewater treatment systems. Carry out site inspections, fault‑finding and condition surveys, producing reports to support quotations and project delivery. Interpret technical instructions and documentation using mobile electronic devices. Work safely in challenging environments, including confined spaces, at height and outdoors on wastewater sites. Travel regularly with overnight stays and undertake occasional workshop‑based work. Work collaboratively with engineers, technicians and other trades. Completed a recognised mechanical apprenticeship with City & Guilds or equivalent qualification. Profile A successful Mechanical Engineer should have: Hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
