Role: Registered Manager Salary: £47,000 to £55,000 per year Working: 40 hours per week/on-site Location: Durham Role Overview Take responsibility for monitoring and supporting the delivery of person-centred services to all individuals within your designated area. Ensure effective financial management of services through the efficient deployment of staff and the careful oversight of budgets. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the services, including staff allocation, supervision, and performance management. Lead the delivery of high-quality operational services by regularly supervising and supporting Team Leaders. Ensure that support provided to individuals using the services is both effective and efficient, in line with organisational standards and values. Demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands while maintaining financial awareness.
