A vacancy has become available for a Training and Nurse Educator to provide training and mentoring for staff at all grades and designations across our nursing centre. This role will ensure the highest standards of training and development opportunities for staff, recognizing that compassionate, competent staff are key to providing safe, high-quality care services to meet residents' needs and preferences.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a managerial healthcare role and currently hold or have held an NMC PIN qualification. Experience in supporting and mentoring staff is essential. A good understanding of CQC regulations and training requirements in an Adult Social Care setting is also required. Effective verbal communication and organizational skills are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering mandatory training sessions.
* Assessing staff completing their care certificates.
* Supporting and mentoring nursing staff with clinical training and practice.
* Developing and leading the training strategy for the Nursing Centre, managing individual and business training plans.
* Ensuring training methods are cost-effective, reviewing and updating training programs annually, and maintaining records of lesson plans with outcomes and methodologies.
