An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Negotiator to join our sales team in North Oxford. This position will allow you the autonomy to generate positive interest in our available properties, book and conduct viewings, negotiate offers and agree sales.
Each member of our team is given an excellent training platform including the opportunity to study for and achieve the industry recognised Propertymark qualification.

Key responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator include:
1. First point of contact for vendors and applicants
2. Manage the applicant database
3. Conduct viewings
4. Negotiate deals and agree sales
5. Proactively market properties
6. Build relationships with clients and provide regular feedback
7. Administration relating to sales progressing
8. Responsible for ensuring clients are fully compliant
9. Management of own diary whilst considering the team
10. Spot and nurture new business opportunities
Knowledge, skills, experience to be a successful Sales Negotiator:
11. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/lettings agency
12. Excellent track record in achieving targets
13. Able to demonstrate strong sales performance
14. Thorough understanding of legislation related to property sales
15. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
17. Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation and work well within a team environment
18. Positive energetic attitude
