The Role
The Spa Manager is a hands-on operational role, responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the spa while supporting its growth as the spa evolves. You will lead the team, maintain high service standards, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, stock, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance
2. Lead and develop the team
3. Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalised service and attention to detail
4. Support the growth of the spa
5. Monitor and drive treatment and retail revenue
6. Maintain and develop spa standards in line with Thyme's brand and luxury positioning
Skills & Experience
7. Experience in spa management or senior spa leadership within a 5-star environment
8. Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Beauty Therapy or Holistic Therapy
9. Hands-on operational and therapy experience
10. Strong leadership, team development, and organisational skills
11. Strong commercial awareness and experience
12. Exceptional guest service and communication skills
