The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with motor and household insurance policies, servicing the needs of their existing clients, whilst assisting in growing the business in a compliant and customer focused manner.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Dealing with general queries from customers relating to insurance sales and customer service
* Processing customer documentation and collecting premiums
* Sales, Quotations & MTA’s
* Assisting in prospecting and agency campaigns
* Following internal procedures and industry regulations
* Undertaking general office-based duties as required
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience of working within insurance, or a similar professional regulated environment
* 5 GCSE passes at grade C or above including Maths and English (or equivalent)
* Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and staff
* Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
* Enjoys working in a team and possesses excellent organisation skills
* Ability to problem solve, where appropriate, and able to use own judgement to make decisions
* Willingness to comply with internal and regulatory requirements
* Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
