An opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a best-in-class in-house legal team within a major UK organisation. This is an excellent role for a solicitor in private practice looking to move in-house, or an existing in-house lawyer seeking broader exposure to complex disputes.
You will provide commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of contentious matters, including:
* Managing disputes across contract, IP, IT, regulatory and property matters
* Handling litigation pre-action and through to issue
* Advising on customer and commercial disputes
* Supporting small claims and liaising with external counsel
* Working with stakeholders to deliver clear, practical advice
* Managing external legal providers and internal know-how
* Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation (flexible)
* Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules
* Experience across a range of disputes
* Confident advising senior stakeholders
* Proactive, commercial and collaborative approach
