Role: Field Service Engineer
Location: Sevenoaks and Gatwick region
Responsibilities
* Install, service and repair traditional and automatic coffee machines to high standards.
* Accurately record all work conducted to ensure it can be invoiced to the customer.
* Install and set up coffee equipment on customer premises.
* Demonstrate equipment to customers.
* Carry out routine servicing on customer sites.
* Accurately administer installation, service, and repair activities through company systems.
* Support the efficient organisation of work routines within the team.
* Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
* Deliver superior customer service consistently.
Skills and Experience
* Some previous electrical experience.
* Ability to show initiative and adapt to frequently changing requirements.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to follow company procedures, client specifications accurately and safely.
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
* A willingness to learn and attend training.

* Competitive salary £32k plus overtime and bonus.
