Key Responsibilities ? Drive sales volume, revenue, and profitability across all locations

? Oversee stock turn, presentation, and aged inventory management
? Maximise finance penetration and value-added products
? Analyse key KPIs and performance data to drive decisions

Requirements To be considered, you must have:
?? 5+ years experience in a senior automotive sales leadership role
?? Proven background in high-volume dealership or car supermarket environments
?? Demonstrable success hitting and exceeding sales and profitability targets
?? Exceptional leadership and people management skills
?? Strong commercial awareness with a data-driven approach
?? Understanding of the used car market and customer behaviours
