Job Summary: We are seeking a creative Web Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging, user-friendly, and visually compelling websites and digital learning platforms that support our mission of transforming education through technology. You will work closely with developers, instructional designers, content creators, and project stakeholders to create exceptional digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Design and develop user-friendly, and visually compelling interfaces for websites, custom client portals, and interactive learning platforms. * Ensure all designs are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. * Maintain and update existing websites and learning platforms to ensure functionality and visual consistency. * Collaborate with IT consultants, developers, and content specialists to deliver innovative digital solutions. * Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, user experience (UX) principles, and accessibility standards. * Optimize websites and digital platforms for performance, usability, and mobile responsiveness. * Conduct user research, usability testing, and design improvements based on feedback and analytics. * Stay up to date with emerging web design trends, educational technology innovations, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications: * Degree or equivalent qualification in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field. * Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and web accessibility standards. * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern web design practices. * Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color theory, and branding. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
