Teacher of Computing & Digital TechnologiesPermanent | Full-Time | Up to £51,691 per annumSpencer Clarke Group is working with a highly successful further education provider to recruit a Teacher of Computing & Digital Technologies on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing digital curriculum team delivering a range of courses including A Level Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computing, Application Development and Networking. There is also the potential for additional Course Leader responsibilities for a suitably experienced candidate. We welcome applications from both early career and experienced teachers who are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting learners to achieve their full potential. The role will involve:
* Planning and delivering engaging Computing and Digital Technologies lessons
* Supporting learner progress through effective assessment and feedback
* Contributing to curriculum development and enhancement
* Building links with employers, universities and other stakeholders
* Supporting enrichment activities and industry-focused learning opportunities
* Maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement
The successful candidate will have:
* A degree in a relevant subject area
* A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
* Experience teaching Computing, Computer Science or related subjects
* Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills
* A commitment to continuous professional development and learner success

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
