Overview
Telford office based, Monday – Friday. (Apply online only). Salary circa £30,000 plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension scheme and bonus scheme. Work in a dynamic environment with a great team where no one day will be the same.
Key Responsibilities
* Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities for the Sales team.
* Follow up and contact potential opportunities through cold calls, emails or LinkedIn.
* Utilize CRM software tools to manage leads, track sales activities and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
* Coordinate project activity and trade events to promote the business and create marketing initiatives in line with these.
* Co‑ordinate and arrange meetings, including accommodation.
* Train employees on the use of CRM / SAP as well as providing ongoing support with system changes / new procedures.
* Act as the link between other departments and the Sales team.
* Update accreditations, the training matrix and Health & Safety policies.
* Complete pre‑qualification questionnaires and supplier forms.
* Ensure the database is maintained with accurate sales information.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in this area of work.
* Ability to multi‑task.
* Hands‑on experience of sales activity.
* Experience managing CRM data.
* Excellent working knowledge of SAP.
* Skill with MS Excel.
* Understanding of sales performance metrics.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
