JOB TITLE: Test, Experiment & Learn Senior Manager (Marketing)
SALARY: £83,400pa to £123,000pa (dependent on location and experience) plus an extensive benefits package.
LOCATION: London, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, or Chester.
HOURS: 35 hours, full time.
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at one of the listed hubs.

We’re seeking a data-savvy, insight-driven Senior Manager – Test, Experiment and Learn to join our Marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead marketing experiments that shape customer engagement. If you’re passionate about data-driven decisions and have a strong foundation in statistical testing, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
You’ll lead our marketing experimentation agenda—fostering a culture of continuous learning and evidence-based decision-making. You’ll work across digital, CRM, and ATL channels to design tests, analyze results, and generate insights to improve campaigns and customer outcomes. Collaboration with agencies and channel leads is essential to ensure measurable, optimized, and impactful marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and execute the Test & Learn strategy across channels and brands.
* Design and implement statistically sound experiments to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
* Define success metrics, control groups, and sample sizes to ensure test validity.
* Analyze results using appropriate statistical techniques and translate findings into recommendations.
* Build frameworks and playbooks to scale experimentation.
* Partner with BI & analytics, data science, and platform teams for data accuracy and reporting.
* Promote a culture of experimentation, coaching stakeholders, and fostering innovation.
* Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
About you
* Proven experience in senior analytics or experimentation roles within marketing.
* Strong expertise in statistical testing, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and significance testing.
* Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate tests across digital and CRM channels.
* Familiarity with ATL measurement techniques, econometrics, and brand tracking.
* Experience with web and app analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GA4.
* Excellent communication skills to explain complex statistical concepts to non-technical audiences.
