About the Role: As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, supporting students’ numeracy skills, and fostering engagement in mathematics. You will help students develop confidence and achieve their academic goals while maintaining a positive classroom environment. Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons across different abilities and year groups. Support students’ understanding and progress through differentiated teaching strategies. Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback. Maintain classroom management and a positive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources, lesson plans, and intervention strategies. Keep accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behaviour. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience. Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3/4 is preferred. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their best.
