Job Title: Personal Assistant
Job Type: Temporary 3 month contract with potential to extend
Location: Bristol (hybrid working, 2 days in office)
Salary: up to £200 per day
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a People Chief Operating Officer. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for diary management, email and document management, travel organisation, and providing administrative support to the senior management team. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic team and contribute significantly to its operations.

What you'll do:
As a Personal Assistant to the People Chief Operating Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth operations by providing excellent administrative support.
* Lead diary management, including meeting and event organisation
* Proactively review, interpret, prioritise and action incoming communications
* Ensure necessary papers are available for meetings
* Organise travel and hotel bookings for business trips
* Prepare expenses, collate all receipts, sign off ensuring compliance with expense policy
* Arrange regular and adhoc meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating presentations, and taking notes as required
* Co-ordinate agenda and papers for monthly team meetings, ensuring meeting rooms and IT equipment is booked
* Provide general administration and support such as organising external events and offsites

The ideal candidate for the Personal Assistant role brings significant experience in similar roles. You have proven your ability to deliver clear and incisive communication both verbally and in writing. Your expert knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint sets you apart from others. You understand the importance of confidentiality in your role and have demonstrated strong learning agility in past roles. Your flexibility and adaptability allow you to thrive in fast-paced environments where multitasking is the norm.
