Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location: Poole
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 + Monthly Bonus | OTE up to £33,000*
Hours: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday (9:00am–5:30pm) + 1 Saturday morning per month (9:00am–12:30pm)

What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls to generate new business.

Providing tailored insurance solutions based on customer needs – no one-size-fits-all here!

Managing policy quotations, new business, adjustments, renewals, and mid-term changes.
*
Developing product knowledge and gaining experience in areas such as underwriting and insurer liaison.

Working toward individual and team KPIs and sales targets.
*
Maintaining excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
