We’re supporting one of our consulting clients to find a Senior Business Analyst who can shape and deliver real value from their enterprise data platform.
đź’· Rate: Up to ÂŁ625/day
đź“Ť Location: London (3 days onsite per week)
đź“… Contract: Inside IR35 (via umbrella)
You’ll be at the centre of how the business onboards data—capturing requirements, advising on ingestion patterns, enabling users, and ensuring every project drives measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead requirements gathering for data onboarding requests
* Advise on ingestion patterns (batch, API, real-time, event-driven)
* Build & maintain the ingestion playbook
* Deliver training, workshops & documentation to enable users
* Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and architecture teams
What you’ll bring
* Strong understanding of data ingestion & integration (pipelines, security, governance, batch/real-time)
* Experience with APIs, SFTP, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory
* Knowledge of data security (masking, tokenisation, RBAC, firewall/IP requirements)
* Proven ability to convert complex requirements into actionable specs
* Credibility with senior business & technical stakeholders
Nice to have
* Background in Wealth, Pensions, Insurance, or Asset Management
* Experience with Collibra or other data catalogues
* Data Product mindset
