Senior Specialist – Public Relations & Communications (EMEA)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PR & Communications professional to join a leading international law firm within its Business Development & Marketing team.
Working closely with the Assistant Director, you will play a key role in raising the external profile of partners and practice groups across EMEA. This is a hands‑on role supporting a busy press office, driving proactive media coverage, and delivering integrated communications campaigns across legal, business and industry media.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the press office
* Proactively generating media coverage and managing media enquiries
* Building trusted relationships with journalists, partners and senior stakeholders
* Drafting press releases, website news and social media content
* Tracking coverage, managing awards submissions and producing reports
* Collaborating with marketing colleagues and external PR agencies on integrated campaigns
About you
* 4–5+ years’ PR experience, ideally within legal or professional services
* Strong understanding of the UK media landscape
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident working with senior stakeholders
* Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Working pattern
* ⏰ 9:30am–5:30pm
* 🏠Hybrid working (typically 2 days WFH, subject to business needs)
