Reporting into the hotel Revenue Manager, you will work alongside the wider team to organise an array of events, from private dinners, weddings, and special events to corporate meetings and getaways.
The role will include, but not be limited to:
1. Meeting potential clients to showcase our beautiful hotel.
2. Working with clients from enquiry to the day of the event to ensure all their needs are met.
3. Developing relationships with regular guests to maintain guest loyalty.
4. Ensuring the smooth running of the big day.
5. Delivering excellence in customer service by continuously identifying ways to delight and exceed customer expectations.
6. Managing billing and payments to ensure timely processing.
