Senior Care Therapy is on the lookout for dedicated Licensed Psychologists to join our mission of delivering in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We proudly serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD, and we need your expertise!
As a clinician-owned and operated company, we focus on patient-centered psychology services that enhance residents' mood, functioning, and overall quality of life. By collaborating with facility staff, we aim to improve outcomes for both residents and the care teams that support them.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in skilled nursing facilities.
* Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of emotional and behavioral health conditions.
* Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
* Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements:
* Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
* Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of application.
* Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
* Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).
* Strong organizational skills with attention to regulatory compliance.
* Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes away.
* Physical ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices throughout the day.
* Full vaccination and booster status may be required in some facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting.
* Experience treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
