• Up to £45,000 base + monthly commission + quarterly bonuses
• Manchester, M1 | Hybrid 3 days in-office

Role Highlights:
* Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
* Source, assess and place top-tier technology talent via proactive search methods
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
* Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
* Work cross-functionally with consultants across NearTech and wider 11 Investments brands, using every opportunity to cross-sell into existing 11 Investments clients
You Will Need:
* 3-5 years experience in recruiting for technology roles and/or into Tech/SaaS clients
* A proven track record, billing £200k+
* Proven delivery experience, candidate and client account management
* A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning
