Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to working with our established client in the Shaftesbury area who are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary (Commercial Property) on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
* Providing administrative assistance to the commercial property department
* Assisting the Partner to run their caseload
* Production of Stamp Duty Land tax returns, land registry and companies house applications
* Liaison with clients over the phone, email and face to face
* Opening and closing files
* Assisting with billing and credit control
* Production a range of documents including typing
* Adhoc duties as and when required
What you need in order to succeed:
* Previous commercial property experience is essential
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative
* Some administrative experience is preferable with a good range of IT skills
* Strong communication skills, accuracy and the ability to work with discretion
