We are currently recruiting a Project manager to join the company and assist in managing a residential groundworks in Hull.

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Operations Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Producing RAMS
• Producing cost plans
• Quality Assurance.
• Producing programmes
• Managing the client
• Providing progress reports
• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.
Project Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• Temporary Works Coordinator (beneficial)
• Experience residential groundworks
• Experienced in cost plans, RAMS, programming, etc.
• 12+ years project management experience
