The Team Leader (TL) is a people and consumer-focused leader who supports an inclusive environment. Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, the TL is responsible for results related to the clean inspect and lube system, the centerline management system, the 5S system, the integrity of process data, and the Oscar scrap elimination system.
You will join the Site Management Team, collaborating with key partners in a fast-paced environment. Your role includes coaching and developing teams by enhancing problem-solving skills within processes and developing control strategies to enable operators to handle out-of-control situations.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* Demonstrate strong leadership, including managing team competence, attendance, and performance. Participate actively in recruitment and team engagement initiatives.
* Facilitate line loss analysis and develop plans for waste elimination and yield improvement, focusing on OEE current and future states.
* Participate in internal audits, food safety committees, and sanitary design teams.
* Spend time on the production floor to gather information on stops, centerlines, and changeovers from the past 24 hours.
* Investigate the root causes of top stops.
* Develop daily plans for ownership areas.
* Discuss top stops and root causes, establishing countermeasures in the daily plan.
* Collaborate with Operations Manager, CI Lead, and Maintenance Lead to address losses.
* Lead the centerline and Quality Daily Management Systems.
* Assist in implementing the QRMP program and serve as a trainer.
* Maintain accurate documentation for payroll and other systems.
* Support the development of centerline definitions and standards. Lead root cause analysis on key process losses and coach teams on CIL, CLM, 5S, and Oscar system execution.
Other requirements:
* Ability to learn intermediate Microsoft Office and SAP skills.
* Strong planning and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of documentation requirements and importance.
* Ability to write SOPs, OPLs, and CILs.
* Capability to coach and train employees, resolve conflicts, and provide constructive feedback.
* Knowledge of safety policies and procedures, including lock-out/tag-out and confined space entry.
