About Us
Summer House is a small, independently run home, supporting up to 8 residents. We are a friendly team, who pride ourselves in offering the highest level of care for all our residents.
We are currently seeking a support worker to work 24 hours a week, including alternate weekends, with the occasional sleep-in night shift to cover sickness and holidays. We are looking for a support worker who is enthusiastic, hardworking and above all caring. You will also need to be friendly with great communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
About You
Experience in health and social care is not required as full, ongoing training is provided. You will receive support throughout your mandatory training in order to achieve your Care Certificate, and further support will be given for you to develop your career within the care sector.
The successful person will be subject to reference and DBS checks before commencing employment with us.
Our shifts are mornings 8am - 2pm, 8am - 6pm, afternoons 2pm - 9pm, 6pm - 9pm or days 8am - 9pm, nights 9pm - 8am - sleep in ND paid at £78.45 per night.
