A day in the life of a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Barkingside
9. Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
10. Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
11. Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
12. Encourage your teams development and progression
13. Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
14. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
15. Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
16. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
17. Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

18. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
19. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
20. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
21. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
22. The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
23. The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
