Amnis Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing residential care provider, seeking a Senior Residential Care Worker to join their dedicated team in Winsford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Care Worker ready to step into a senior role, or an existing Senior looking for genuine career progression within a supportive and expanding organisation. About the Role You will play a key role in supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma, ensuring they receive high-quality, consistent, and nurturing care within a safe residential setting. Working as part of a strong, multidisciplinary team, you will help create a stable and supportive environment that promotes positive outcomes and long-term development for each young person.
