Main Responsibilities
* Request all medical records and relevant documentation as directed on a specific case from various organisations.
* Review records to ensure completeness; request missing records and raise issues with the Legal Client Care Team.
* Ensure all medical records are processed and uploaded to the Case Management system in line with the team SLA.
* Archive and locate stored media ensuring the policy for handling of data is followed.
* Check records received are correct in accordance with GDPR.
Essential Skills And Experience
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent client care and communication skills (telephone and email).
* Highly motivated, organised and proactive.
* Ability to work as a team member.
Desirable Skills And Experience
* Experience with Proclaim or other software tools such as Adobe or Microsoft.
