Partner/Customer Success Manager - M365, Modern Work & Copilot
This role focuses on growing adoption of Microsoft 365 and related productivity tools by enabling resellers to expand their marketing and sales capabilities, drive new customer conversations, and upsell customers to higher-value Microsoft 365 solutions.
Location & Requirements: Berkshire, UK — 2-3 days on site. Must be able to obtain SC Clearance.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and collaborate with resellers to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and related productivity offerings.
* Use available Microsoft tools and programs to generate new customer conversations and discover cloud migration opportunities.
* Implement a structured rhythm of business with resellers and local Microsoft stakeholders to monitor progress, provide feedback, and adjust strategies when needed.
* Drive partner outreach and demand generation through existing resources and programs.
* Promote offers and campaigns effectively, building excitement around Microsoft productivity solutions.
* Attend Microsoft-led events such as summits and bootcamps to stay current and maintain certifications.
* Actively participate in community forums and share best practices to enhance partner engagement.
* Align reseller impact with co-investment initiatives and execute go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
* At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing within the IT sector.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, and partner ecosystems.
* Experience with Microsoft products in professional or customer-facing environments.
* Passion for technology, a growth mindset, and continuous learning attitude.
* Microsoft 365 certifications and advanced knowledge of the suite.
* Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the partner ecosystem.
