Responsibilities
Include:
1. Act as the single source of truth for digital and marketing performance, turning complex data into clear commercial insight.
2. Connect platforms such as Salesforce and GA4 to create a unified view of the customer journey from first interaction to referral and surgery.
3. Deliver Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and advanced analytics to forecast revenue and optimise marketing budgets.
4. Measure marketing performance against commercial outcomes such as referrals and revenue, demonstrating true ROI.
5. Build automated, self-serve dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI or Tableau to provide real-time performance insights.
6. Identify underperforming channels and growth opportunities through proactive data analysis.
7. Explore and implement AI and emerging analytics tools to drive innovation and commercial value.
Candidate Experience:
8. Proven experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and statistical analysis
9. Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Salesforce reporting
10. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI or Tableau
11. Strong ability to clean, structure and analyse complex or incomplete datasets
12. Commercial understanding of P&L, CPA and Customer Lifetime Value

13. GA4 and Google Tag Manager
14. Salesforce reporting
