Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in driving store performance and hitting sales targets
* Motivate, coach, and develop the team to deliver top-tier customer service
* Take ownership of day-to-day operations including stock management and visual merchandising
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and compliance
* Help with recruitment, training, and developing new starters
* Step up and lead the store when needed, especially during peak trading periods
About You:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in retail
