What You’ll Do • Manage a varied commercial property caseload independently • Handle acquisitions, disposals and development matters • Advise on commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters • Work on development projects and investment transactions • Provide strategic and pragmatic legal advice to clients • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments • Support business development and networking activities • Maintain compliance and risk management standards • Keep up to date with commercial property legislation and best practice What We’re Looking For • Minimum 5 years PQE as a UK qualified Solicitor specialising in Commercial Property • Proven ability to manage a complex caseload independently • Strong client relationship management skills • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Professional and collaborative approach • Strong IT and case management system skills • Commercial awareness and pragmatic problem solving ability • Confident communicator with a client focused mindset Who Might Suit This Role This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor seeking high quality work and long term progression within a respected regional firm.
