Project Manager (Mid–Senior Level | Junior Considered) 30 - 42K DOE
We’re on the lookout for a confident Project Manager to join our close-knit creative studio, someone who loves bringing ideas to life, enjoys working with good people, and thrives on keeping projects running smoothly.
This role is ideally suited to a mid-to-senior level Project Manager, but we’re also open to hearing from talented junior candidates or Account Managers with strong project management skills who are ready to step further into a delivery-focused role.
You’ll be working across a mix of exciting brand-led projects and more general B2B work, helping guide projects from brief through to completion. You’ll play a key role in keeping everything aligned, timelines, budgets, people, and expectations.
You’re naturally organised, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure. You know how to keep momentum going, bring clarity to busy projects, and ensure everyone has what they need to deliver their best work.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading projects end-to-end across digital, social, print, and more
* Coordinating internal teams and managing workflows across multiple projects
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, supporting communication and delivery
* Building and managing timelines, budgets, and scopes
* Working closely with creatives to ensure work is delivered on brief, on time, and on point
* Supporting proposals, scoping, and planning for new work
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a project management or account handling role within an agency or studio
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A confident communicator who can manage both clients and internal teams
* Someone proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven
* A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a smaller studio environment
You’ll have a solid understanding of marketing and branding projects, with experience across a range of channels. You know how to prioritise, juggle multiple workstreams, and keep projects moving, while maintaining a positive, can-do approach.
For more junior candidates, we’re looking for strong potential, the right attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
