As a HubSpot Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients - designing, implementing, and optimising HubSpot solutions that transform their marketing, sales, and service performance. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of strategists, developers, and automation experts to deliver impactful projects that drive measurable business results. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on HubSpot professional who thrives in a consultancy environment and enjoys solving complex challenges for ambitious clients.


Key Responsibilities


* Lead client discovery sessions to understand business processes and HubSpot requirements.
* Design, implement, and optimise HubSpot portals across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
* Develop automation workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance client performance.
* Provide expert training, guidance, and ongoing consultancy to ensure successful adoption.


Experience & Skills Required


* Proven track record of delivering HubSpot projects within an agency or consultancy setting.
* Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub functionality.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear business value.
* HubSpot certifications and practical experience integrating HubSpot with other platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Zapier, or custom APIs).


Benefits


* Competitive salary of £40,000–£50,000, depending on experience.
