Job Description
3. Execute key marketing activities across digital channels, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery to drive customer retention and acquisition
4. Develop and manage a diverse range of digital campaigns, including PPC and Paid Social marketing initiatives, SEO, CRO, website, email and social media
5. Support customer-facing communications, such as online promotional content and email marketing, ensuring high standards of briefing, writing, and proofreading
6. Evaluate marketing campaigns using key metrics
7. Regularly monitor and report on campaign success, offering actionable insights to refine future strategies
8. Assist the Digital Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, and the broader marketing team as needed to achieve department goals
9. Stay informed about trends in marketing to bring innovative ideas to the team
10. Liaise with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing Executive should have:
11. Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
12. Proven experience with a variety of marketing channels and techniques
13. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software
14. Excellent copy writing and proof-reading skills
15. Strong analytical and project management skills
16. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
17. Creativity and commercial awareness
18. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
