The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Tax Manager to join the team. This role offers a fast-track career progression, including a clear path to becoming a Partner with equity. Responsibilities include managing a team, handling a client portfolio, and providing tax compliance and advisory services, working closely with clients independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tax Compliance Management: Oversee tax compliance for diverse clients, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
2. Client Advisory: Provide tax advisory services, guidance on tax planning and efficiency (experience preferred but not essential).
3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, fostering development.
4. Client Management: Independently meet with clients to discuss tax needs and provide solutions.
5. Billing & Profitability: Manage invoicing and maintain firm profitability.
Qualifications & Experience:
* ACA/ACCA qualified, with a view to completing CTA or CTA already completed.
* Strong tax compliance experience; tax advisory experience preferred.
* Background in accountancy desirable.
* Experience with Republic of Ireland (RoI) tax matters advantageous.
* Proven team management skills.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Strong organizational and billing management skills.
* Desire to succeed and grow professionally.
