Responsibilities
* Consultative Outreach: Conduct high‑volume engagement with prospective customers who have already shown interest in our platform, moving beyond scripts to have meaningful business conversations.
* Value Positioning: Clearly articulate the Bókun value proposition, identifying an operator’s pain points and demonstrating how our suite of tools—Reservation systems, Channel Managers, and Websites—can grow their revenue.
* Business Discovery: Act as a brand ambassador for both Bókun and Tripadvisor, utilizing a consultative approach to identify business needs and solve real‑world challenges for tour providers.
* Pipeline Management: Manage activity and lead progression within Salesforce, ensuring every opportunity is nurtured and moved through the funnel with precision to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Collaborative Growth: Work closely with our Account Executives and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition as high‑quality opportunities convert into long‑term partners.
Qualifications
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly, tell a compelling story, and handle objections with curiosity and resilience.
* Results‑driven, execution‑focused mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets in a fast‑paced environment.
* Consultative mindset focused on building effective client relationships through positive communication, honesty, and a genuine interest in helping small businesses thrive.
* Technical aptitude: Comfortable with technical interactions, including co‑browsing with customers online to navigate our software and conduct product demos.

* Prior experience in customer‑facing roles (Hospitality, Customer Service, or Retail) is advantageous; a strong interest in travel‑tech or SaaS sales is essential.
