They are looking for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to commence when school starts in September
The ideal School Receptionist will have previous experience with:
* Working on a busy reception
* Dealing with phone calls
* Meeting and greeting of visitors, parents and pupils
* Ability to work with various software including MS Office, word, excel
* General administration duties including diary management
This is a lovely position working within a positive environment.
The successful School Receptionist / Administration Assistant will have:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of general office procedures and administrative tasks
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ideally you will have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
The position is initially till December.
