Are you looking for a new, exciting role in the Culinary industry? Are you an experienced Culinary Trainer/ Training Manager looking for a new challenge?
Responsibilities
* Deliver catering training, inductions and weekly culinary calls.
* Conduct Origami reviews for food safety, customer journey and GP performance.
* Ensure menus and food offers meet company standards and cyclic calendar requirements.
* Support teams with menu planning, ordering processes and achieving KPIs (GP, food waste, allergens).
* Promote strong Health & Safety, HACCP, COSHH and allergen compliance.
* Build positive client relationships and champion company values.
* Menu development experience.
* Advanced Food Hygiene.
* Experience managing multiple catering outlets.
* Membership of a professional culinary body
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years\' experience as a Head Chef or similar.
* Strong communicator with experience leading or supervising teams.
* City & Guilds 706/1-3 or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
* Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification.
* Proven ability to meet financial and operational targets.
* IT literate with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
* Passionate about food, customer service and developing people.
