About This Role
We are seeking to appoint a committed and motivated teaching assistant at Ormiston Bolingbroke Academy. Ormiston Bolingbroke Academy is part of the Ormiston Academies Trust.
Working 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 INSET days, Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday 8am to 3.30pm.

About You
The successful candidate will consistently deliver high-quality learning experiences, maintaining standards of behaviour, engagement, and achievement. The ideal candidate will possess good subject knowledge, a record of successful professional practice, and a commitment to safeguarding and effective behaviour management strategies.
