Senior Site Manager - Camberley Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + Car Allowance Location: Camberley, Surrey Project Type: High-End Residential (New Build & Refurbishment) A well-established medium-sized main contractor operating across Hampshire and Surrey is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead a £4m, three-storey high-end residential and leisure development near Camberley.The project includes a new swimming pool, multiple bespoke en-suite bedrooms, significant groundworks, and a range of detailed internal packages.About the ContractorThe business delivers projects typically between £1m-£4m and has a strong presence in: High-end residential new builds and refurbishmentsEducation and community developmentsBespoke extensions and alterations They maintain consistent workload through long-term clients and negotiated schemes, offering stability and clear development opportunities.Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day site operations on a three-storey new build with complex architectural and M&E requirementsOverseeing groundworks, external works and structural phasesDelivering a high-end swimming pool installation with specialist subcontractorsManaging construction of multiple premium bedrooms with bespoke en-suite bathrooms, joinery, tiling, MEP and high-end finishesCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers, logistics and site labour effectivelyMaintaining programme, quality standards, compliance and health & safetyWorking closely with the Project Manager, design team and client to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolutionDeveloping strong working relationships with all stakeholders on site Required Certifications SMSTSCSCS (Black or equivalent)First Aid at Work How to ApplyIf you're interested in this opportunity, please apply via the link or contact James Mitchell at the Hays Southampton office for a confidential discussion.
