Why us? We will be the biggest XXXL Monopile factory in the world servicing the offshore wind industry.

As we continue to expand our operations, we’re seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to drive operational excellence across our advanced manufacturing facilities.

In this pivotal role, you will shape and execute a site-wide continuous improvement strategy that enhances productivity, efficiency, and quality within a demanding heavy engineering environment. You’ll lead initiatives grounded in Lean and Six Sigma principles, embedding a culture of excellence that delivers measurable results in safety, performance, and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, HSE, and Supply Chain teams to optimise large-scale manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and strengthen operational capability. Through data-driven decision-making and hands-on leadership, you’ll guide cross-functional teams to implement sustainable improvements that drive throughput, reliability, and long-term competitiveness.

Your expertise in process optimisation, industrial operations, and equipment performance will be instrumental in standardising best practices, developing robust SOPs, and integrating innovative technologies that advance both safety and efficiency. As a mentor and influencer, you’ll champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring every level of the organisation is engaged in achieving world-class performance.

About You:
You hold a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline, with a proven background leading Lean or Six Sigma initiatives within heavy engineering or large-scale industrial environments. You combine analytical rigour with strategic thinking, using tools such as Power BI, Minitab, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities. Above all, you’re a driven leader with strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skillspassionate about delivering operational excellence and innovation at scale.
