About The Role
Care Assistant (Nights) – Kitnocks House, Curdridge
Location: Kitnocks House, Curdridge
Hours: Full-time – 7 shifts over 14 days (07:30–20:00, including alternate weekends)
Pay: £13.30 per hour
About the Role
We’re looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate people to join our dedicated team at Kitnocks House, a specialist service supporting adults living with complex dementia and neuro-psychiatric conditions.
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting residents with their daily living needs, helping to maintain their dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You’ll provide personal care, assist with meals and activities, and build positive, trusting relationships with the people you support.
Please note: Due to the specific needs of our female residents who require same-sex personal care, this position is open to female applicants only under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1 (Occupational Requirement).
About You
· You’re naturally kind, patient, and respectful, with a genuine passion for caring for others.
· You work well as part of a team and can communicate clearly and compassionately.
· Previous experience in a care setting is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided through our Cornerstone Careers Academy.

About The Company
Cornerstone Healthcare provide specialist care for vulnerable people who present with challenging behaviours associated with complex neurodegenerative and mental health needs.
Residents who live in our homes primarily have a neurological degenerative condition such as Dementia with an underlying mental health condition which makes them inappropriate candidates for dementia care homes or residential care homes for the elderly.
We currently have 4 services based in Waterlooville, Curdridge, Mytchett and Bristol.
