One of NV’s key accounts, an international manufacturer of hospital point-of-care devices, is looking to add an experienced Account Manager to their commercial team covering the high-potential Southwest UK territory.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales and account development of the company’s diagnostic products across NHS trusts within the Southwest region.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key NHS stakeholders, including:
* Clinical and Medical Leads
* Nursing Staff and POC Coordinators
* Laboratory Directors and Procurement Teams
* Drive and lead the end-to-end tender lifecycle, aligning product benefits with NHS requirements to win and retain business.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams—Product Management, Marketing, MASA (Medical and Scientific Affairs), and Support—to deliver product demonstrations, manage evaluations, and resolve customer queries.
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline activity and customer data using Salesforce CRM.
About You
We’re looking for a motivated, credible sales professional who thrives in a clinical environment and understands how to navigate NHS procurement pathways.
Essential:
* Minimum 5+ years of industry experience, including proven success selling Point-of-Care diagnostic solutions into the NHS.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a consultative and patient-outcome-driven approach.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and enthusiastic—comfortable owning a territory and managing a complex sales cycle.
* Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Southwest UK.
