We’re investing in the future, both yours and the practice’s. EMS technology is on the way, and we already have CBCT and intraoral scanners in place. You’ll have the tools you need to support both clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
The practice is easy to get to, with parking just across the road (thanks to a pub partnership) and a comfortable staff room where the team can recharge. Located near the New Forest, with Bournemouth and the Dorset coast nearby, it’s a great spot for a role that balances professional fulfilment and quality of life.
Your Role
As Clinic Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of the practice, supporting a talented team of dentists, hygienists, nurses, and receptionists to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Working alongside our Director of Clinic Support and guided by Envisage Dental’s Three-Legged Stool model, which focuses on team engagement, patient experience, safety, and profitability, you’ll have the autonomy and support to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a high-performing, engaged team
* Oversee compliance, scheduling, and smooth daily operations
* Manage P&L, track KPIs, and support local marketing initiatives
* Maintain excellent patient care and safety standards
About You
* At least two years’ management experience in dentistry or a similar healthcare setting
* Experience managing NHS contracts (advantageous, though small list)
* Confident in P&L and KPI management
* Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and supportive, with a natural ability to bring out the best in others
