Job Description
At Together we pride ourselves on providing progression and development opportunities. As such, this 6-month fixed term contract role is available due to the incumbent gaining experience elsewhere in the business.
We are in the process of implementing a new end to end IT platform. As such, we have undergone complete product re-builds across our entire suite of lending products. You will be joining our amazing Product Team to support the great work they’re currently doing to test these products and build the product roadmap for future changes.
What You’ll Be Doing Day To Day
* Define opportunities to improve our product set, and deliver change to realise these opportunities
* Ensure that our product set is designed to support customer needs and drive commercial performance, and that the product set acts as designed
* Support effective risk management for products by identifying key risks and putting mitigants in place, and ensure good conduct is embedded in product design and performance
* Complete periodic review and renovation of products, and lead innovation activity to meet emerging customer needs
* Look for opportunities to continuously drive performance and improve products by gathering qualitative and quantitative insight into product performance
* Lead initiatives to drive and measure commercial finance product performance, and the setting and monitoring of performance KPIs and customer outcomes
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding how lending products, processes or systems should work, and who understands the core features of lending products and how they work (e.g. interest rates, fees, lending application journeys etc.).
You will have ideally have experience of working with Lending Products in a product management, operational or change focused role.
Other Requirements Include (but Not Limited To)
* An experienced professional with a successful track record within FS
* Can demonstrate the ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution
* Excellent stakeholder management skills; will understand how to align resources,
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
* Good operational sense-knows how business works, success indicators, where to look for/anticipate trouble
* Strong communication-internally and externally, one-to one and in groups/presentations
