Senior Solicitor – Employment - PQE: 5+ years

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including:
* Advising on redundancy, disciplinary matters, grievances, whistleblowing, and discrimination issues
* Conducting and defending Employment Tribunal claims
* Supporting change and restructuring projects
* Drafting articles, legal updates, and contributing to training and business development initiatives
Requirements
* 5+ years PQE with proven experience managing your own caseload
* Strong technical knowledge of employment law and Industrial Relations projects
* Experience in Employment Tribunal claims
* Ability to mentor junior fee-earners and work collaboratively
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Interest in business development and client relationship building
