A leading law firm in Brighton are looking for a Legal Secretarial Assistant to join their busy team on a full-time, permanent basis.
An ideal candidate will have at least 6 months’ experience working within a legal secretarial / administration position. Additionally, if you hold a secretarial qualification then this could be an advantage, however, this is not essential. You’ll also need the following qualities: hardworking, organised, excellent accuracy, deadline management.
Duties include:
* Raising new cases, closing old cases, updating current cases.
* Preparing correspondence.
* Liaising with clients via email / telephone.
* Diary management
* Assisting with raising invoices.
* Audio typing.
